Whale Predictions provides prediction market analytics, expert tracking, consensus signals, and cross-platform arbitrage discovery. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All signals, scores, and analytics are algorithmic outputs based on publicly available data. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. User Accounts

You may register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account access.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service's data; (b) use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage; (c) attempt to circumvent access controls or payment requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Whale Predictions and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
